- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Will never go back. This is a dentist labeled as a pediatric dentist. There isn't one single toy or book for a child in the waiting room, which posed an issue for me when I was trying to fill out the new patient paperwork with an 18 month old. The waiting room seemed dirty, and was so small people and their children were standing. The dentists office has about 4 or 5 chairs lined up with kids screaming in them, all in one room. NOT child friendly AT ALL. Not to mention, I've been getting bills every month from them. I have sent check after check and they are not cashing them, just sending more bills, and they refuse to take my payment information over the phone and there is no online option. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at any type of dentist or doctors office. They don't even give your kid a toothbrush and toothpaste at the end, just a cheap plastic toy that they can choke on. I am confident that I will never return and I will make sure none of my friends have such a horrible experience! Just stick with a family dentist, they are MUCH more kid friendly than this guy!February 14, 2017by Sara Lutz
